Experienced and dedicated professionals
Owners Ed and Margie Gemkow have years of experience in the
construction industry, Ed on the project side and Margie on
the business side. Ed is a graduate of the University of Washington
Construction Management Program, with a long, successful career
in residential and commercial project management on both urban
and suburban sites. Also a UW graduate, Margie has played
a key management role in a variety of businesses including
construction, and acts as company controller.
Gemkow's staff of skilled carpenters, project managers and
superintendents average 25 years experience in the construction
business. Together, GC personnel have built a solid reputation
for integrity, quality of workmanship, timeliness and an ability
to work in harmony with the many people and organizations
involved on our projects.
